I started DINO Talent Solutions because I kept seeing the same problem: businesses struggling to find the right qualified candidates despite investing significant time and resources into IT recruitment. Hiring managers were frustrated, great candidates were being missed, and valuable opportunities were lost.
I knew there was a better way.
With more than 13 years of experience working inside IT teams at organisations including the Reserve Bank of Australia and Arnott's Group, I've sat on both sides of the hiring table. I know what a strong hire looks like — not just on paper, but in practice. I understand the pressure of a vacant role, the cost of a poor hiring decision, and what it takes to find someone who will thrive long-term in IT support staff roles.
In 2026, I launched DINO Talent Solutions — a Sydney-based recruitment agency specialising in IT and Administration talent. We're boutique by design. That means every client works directly with me, every candidate is carefully screened before presentation, and every shortlist is built with quality, suitability, and long-term success in mind.
DINO Talent Solutions is also a registered supplier on the Buy NSW Supplier Hub, enabling NSW Government buyers to identify and engage our services in accordance with applicable procurement requirements. We don't operate on volume targets. We don't send inflated shortlists to appear busy. And we don't believe recruitment should feel transactional. Instead, we focus on honest communication, responsive service, and building genuine relationships with both clients and candidates.
DINO Talent Solutions is proudly based in Sydney, NSW and supports businesses and government agencies across New South Wales.
